Day Yoga Retreat
Ritual, movement, breath + music
Join Dulce, Nicholas and Carlos for a one-day immersive journey through ritual, movement, breath, and music. Join as they weave together cacao ceremony, breathwork, vinyasa and ecstatic dance with live music from Carlos and a shared meal to end the experience.
Balance + nourish yourself
We begin with a grounding cacao ceremony — a heart-opening ritual that invites you to slow down, arrive and settle into the present moment. As the cacao deepens the experience, Nicholas guides you through Elemental Breathwork: a powerful and practical system designed to awaken energy, sharpen clarity and reconnect you to yourself from the inside out.
From there, Dulce leads you into Mandala Vinyasa; her own unique method of moving meditation, flowing 360° around the mat through breath, asana and introspection. Expect seamless transitions, a deep connection to the elements, and a real sense of coming home to your body.
The afternoon opens into ecstatic dance, guided by Carlos and his extraordinary live music — a space of pure rhythm, freedom and self-expression. No experience needed. Just show up and move. The day closes with nourishing food shared together. Time to ground, connect and let everything land.

Dulce, Carlos + Nicholas
Dulce Mandala has been walking a path of yoga, self-inquiry and shamanic tradition for almost 20 years. She created the Mandala Vinyasa Method — a unique blend of vinyasa flow, shamanic influence and elemental awareness that moves 360° around the mat, inviting you to feel rather than perform and use movement as a genuine tool for integration. Nicholas Menard created Elemental Breathwork to understand the connection between the nervous system, breath, and the different Elements, and how they connect and show-up within us all; and he’s been sharing its power ever since. His system weaves together breath, the nervous system and the classical elements in a way that’s both practical and deeply transformative. Completing the trio is Carlos Mundalah — medicine musician, multi-instrumentalist, DJ, producer and sound therapist. Rooted in shamanism and ancient ritual practice, he has facilitated over 150 ceremonies and his music doesn’t just accompany the experience — it is the experience.
