With experience of leading over 20 Rocket trainings around the world, and teaching for over 12 years, Leon London is excited to bring his official 100-hour Level 1 Rocket training to Yogarise again in 2025 – with Part 1 in May, and Part 2 in October.
The Part 1 training will focus on deep understanding and advanced teaching techniques, as well as an introduction to the Rocket 1 & 2 sequences.
Students will receive the tools to practice and lead a class with confidence, assisting and cueing with a progressive and effective approach, as well as gaining an opportunity to deepen their own practice.

This Part 1 Rocket 50-hr training is an in-person training at a Yogarise Central London location (Islington, N1) on :

Level 1 is comprised of Part 1 (50-hr) and Part 2 (50-hr). Level 2 Rocket Training can only be completed with David Kyle.

Here is a rough guide of your daily plan:
9:30 – 11:00am – Rocket Practice
11:00 – 12:00pm – Lecture
12:00 – 1:00pm – Teaching Tools
1:00 – 2:00pm – Lunch Break
2:00 – 4:00pm – Clinic / Workshop
4:00 – 4:30pm – Break
4:30 – 5.30pm – Evening Practice

Meet your teacher
Leon London teaches a unique style of Rocket, Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa and Dharma Yoga. Leon’s yoga classes are fun and flowing, with lots of arm balances and inversions.
He humbly cites Sri Dharma Mittra, David Kyle (Rocket), and David Swenson & Ryan Spielman, and in India Balu Thevar (Ashtanga) as his teachers, and thanks them for their knowledge.
Leon has over 25 years of experience in yoga, as well as training in various arts such as functional fitness, animal flow, capoeira, kettlebells, Indian clubs, callisthenics and boxing. He teaches in some of London’s best studios and runs yoga retreats and teacher trainings in Europe and beyond.

Is the course accredited?
A certificate will be presented upon completion of all elements once you have completed a 500 word paper on one of the recommended books.
If you wish to complete your full Level 1 training, please register for Part 2 (October ’25) to receive another 50 hours and gain the 100 hours Rocket certification with Leon London & Yogarise.
Who would benefit from this training?
This training is designed for teachers with at least a 200-hour training and a dynamic practice, although can be enjoyed by those who want to deepen their practice.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes – a deposit of £100 followed by 4 instalments.
All training fees need to be settled before the 7th May.
Is there a manual included?
What if I can't make a session?
This training is all in person and will not be live streamed.
