Ready to take flight? Join us for an intensive Rocket Yoga Transitions Workshop in London with the brilliant Helen Russell-Clark. Whether you’re looking to nail your float-backs, master your arm balances, or find more grace in your inversions, this session is designed to break down the most challenging elements of the Rocket system. Join Helen at Yogarise for a dynamic, high-energy afternoon of practice that will give you the tools and confidence to advance your practice and find your flow.
One of the defining elements of Rocket Yoga is its unique and dynamic transitions, which bring an uplifting sense of lightness to your practice. However, these transitions can be challenging to master, especially within the limited time of regular classes.
This two-hour workshop is designed to break down key transitions into manageable and practical steps. We will explore floating back and forward from standing, jumping through to and back from seated, as well as the more niche movements such as “mula bandha check-ups.”
Together, we will delve into the strength, technique, and control required for these challenging movements, helping you build confidence and precision in your practice. This workshop is suitable for everyone. For those new to Rocket, it offers an opportunity to spend focused time learning foundational techniques. For more experienced practitioners, it provides a chance to refine transitions and elevate your practice to the next level.
