WHAT IS THE YOGARISE 30 DAY CHALLENGE? TELL ME MORE!

The Yogarise 30-Day Challenge (30DC) is a supportive, community-focused initiative where you commit to completing at least 25 classes in 30 days. It runs at the start of 2026, and it’s a focused, structured way to deepen your practice, rapidly boost your fitness program (if that’s your goal) and create a lasting habit with our community across London.

Once you have signed up to the 30DC Monthly Pre-Pay or the 30DC Platinum Pre-Pay, just visit the Timetable or Momence app and book your classes.

Pick up a 30DC Stamper Card when you next visit your local studio + get it added to the wall. Remember to get a sticker / stamp each time you practise.

WHEN + WHERE?

You can complete your challenge from Yogarise Streatham, Peckham or Queen’s Park – or a mix of all 3! If you can’t make. it to the studio, you can also take classes online via the Livestream Timetable.

You can begin your challenge any time you like from 1st January onwards, but your first class must be booked on or before January 15th. This gives you flexibility to ease into the new year while still securing the dedicated 30-day period. The 30 days will be counted from the day you take your first session.
