What is Fierce Grace?
Fierce Grace hot yoga is a blend of ashtanga, yin, power and hatha yoga and uses elements of HiiT, slow strength training and physiotherapy wisdom across 12 classes and 250 poses. It is an integrated method suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Drop-in or join a Fierce Grace class as part of your Yogarise (yoga + mat pilates) class pack, Pre-Pay package or Intro Offer.
