We love finding new ways to get to know our community, be it through one-off events, local discounts and partnerships or our much-loved community classes. Whether you’re new to the area, curious about yoga or want to volunteer for us, there are lots of ways to get involved.

Clubs

Clubs and one-off events at Yogarise are a great way to connect with people and learn a new skill, off the mat. We have previously hosted Run Club, Book Club + Grub, Supper Club, Kirtan and more. Coming up we have a special winter event in Streatham that includes poetry, candle making and tea to take home.

Mindfulness

Join us for a 30-minute weekly mindfulness practice at Yogarise Streatham or Online. Mindfulness is known to improve concentration, reduce stress and improve sleep; it can help us ‘come to our senses’ and observe things as they are without judgement. No experience necessary. 

Yoga Classes

Our Community Yoga Classes are usually dynamic and flowing in style. They are taught by our 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Graduates as part of their on-going learning. Everyone is welcome to these all levels classes for £7 in-person / £3 online.
