Reformer Pilates
Strengthen and tone with our state-of-the-art Reformer machines in both Queen’s Park and Peckham studios. Our brilliant instructors can’t wait to welcome you – whether you’re a yogi looking to support your practice, or a seasoned Reformer fan.
What is it?
The Pilates Reformer is a specialist piece of equipment, designed by Joseph Pilates, the creator of the practice. Much like mat Pilates, Reformer focuses on slow, controlled, efficient movements. Everyone can try it from beginners, to those who are injured, to advanced practitioners.
Why Pilates?
We love Reformer Pilates because it improves core stability and coordination and is a safe and effective workout for all. It is brilliant for improving strength, tone, and posture, and as a complementary practice to yoga.
Class levels
Our classes are split into different levels for you to enjoy. Come along to at least 5 ‘Fundamentals’ classes before moving on to ‘Intermediate’ sessions. Our more advanced classes are ‘Dynamic’, ‘Glutes+Abs’ and ‘Stretch’.

What is your late policy?
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes early. If you are late and there is a waitlist you may forfeit your spot. Please see our Ts+Cs for full details.
What do you provide in the changing rooms?
There are lockers, mirrors and hairdryers. Towels are £1 to hire for shower use.
Will I need socks?
Yes! If you don’t have socks you can buy some at reception. You even get a discount on your first class!
What Reformer Level should I attend?
Start with at least 5 classes of ‘Reformer Pilates Fundamentals’, then you can move on to ‘Intermediate’. ‘Dynamic Reformer Pilates’ is a more intense version of the Intermediate class, not suitable for Beginners. Please ask our front desk for help regarding levels if you are not sure.
Is the reformer accessible for wheelchair users?
Unfortunately it is not.
