Beat the heat, try our new-look beds (with killer springs 💪), grab an ice cold brew, sample our fresh summer schedule, and our even fresher grippies @melisoles Our mid-morning and lunchtime Reformer Pilates classes in Peckham are now at: 09:30am, 10:30am + 12:30pm.
