Yogarise is delighted to welcome back Tara Lee and Clare Daniell to Peckham for their hugely popular Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training. The past two years’ training sold out so if you’re keen to join we recommend signing up as soon as possible.

About the course

Tara and Clare have worked together for the past decade and used their expertise to design a course that leaves students feeling inspired and grateful to have dedicated time to focus on this incredible period in a woman’s life.

This 3-day and 1-evening training course is aimed at yoga teachers and birth educators (also pilates / fitness instructors or anyone looking to work with this group) who would like to learn about all aspects of pregnancy yoga.

The course will give you tools and information so you can start teaching your own dedicated pregnancy yoga classes – in a group setting or 1-2-1s – and find ways to best support women through their pregnancy and prepare them for birth.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
  • A pregnancy yoga manual.
  • An understanding of how pregnant women need to move, breathe and rest throughout their pregnancy and in preparation for birth.
  • Information on how to modify yoga for women with Pelvic girdle pain and other pregnancy-related issues.
  • New ideas for postures: sequenced to include not only in a pregnancy yoga class but also in other group classes (eg. for beginners, people with injuries, older people, gentle yoga classes).
  • Certification of 50 hours of CPD with Yogarise + Yoga Alliance Professionals. This is presented upon completion of all elements including, assignments, observations, attendance, and the teaching assessment on the final day.
