Reiki is a wonderful, relaxing, and non-invasive healing modality. It has a re-energising, balancing effect, perfect for our self-healing journey. The ability to channel Reiki energy is passed from Teacher to Student through a series of sacred attunements, opening the crown, heart & palm chakras to Universal energy. Once you have received this attunement, you will have the ability to connect to Reiki throughout your life.
Who is this for?
The Level 1 course is perfectly tailored for beginners – whether you’ve never had a Reiki session before or perhaps you have had many and read all the books. This beginner’s level course is designed to meet you where you are on your Reiki journey.
The Level 2 course is suitable for anyone that has already completed Reiki Level 1 with Anja or another Reiki Master. This Level 2 training will deepen your connection and application of Reiki. Upon completion of Reiki 2, you will be able to have insurance, open a Reiki Practice, and volunteer within charities and hospices.
Places on both trainings are limited, as Anja only offers her courses to small groups to ensure each participant receives a truly unique and personal experience.

What will I learn?
This comprehensive Level 1 two-day course will give you a new healing technique in the palm of your hand. You will learn how to give Reiki to yourself, and to others. Reiki 1 is all about deepening our connection to our inner self and will awaken our innate healing abilities. In Japan the Reiki 2 Course is called Okuden, “the inner or hidden teachings”. You will gain a toolbox to give professional treatments to your clients or to yourself whether they are with you in-person or online.

Anja Lenka
Anja Lenka is a certified & fully insured Reiki Master/Teacher & Holistic Practitioner (EFT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Aroma Point Therapy with Essential Oils).
She is trained in both the Western and Japanese lineages of Reiki with many years of experience treating & teaching clients in her busy South London practice.
Her calm, intuitive way of passing knowledge helps to put you at ease. She creates a magical environment for her students. Anja will be with you every step of the way as you open up to your own personal journey with Reiki.

- The Power, Harmony, and Connection Symbols
- Using the symbols for deeper meditation and increased connection
- How to give a professional Reiki session using the Reiki symbols
- The mantras and kotodamas (sacred sounds) for each symbol
- Several techniques from the Japanese lineage including Byosen Scanning and Reiji-Ho (with practice sessions)
- How to send a remote healing treatment (with practice sessions)
- Sending Reiki for global healing
- Using the symbols for space clearing, cleansing, protection & other creative uses
- How to run a professional Reiki Practice, with advice about how to market and set up your business
Is there a manual included?
A Comprehensive Reiki Manual and a professionally recognised Reiki Certificate will be presented upon completion of each level.

A typical day
Each day will begin with a meditation, followed by theory & plenty of hands-on practice.
On your level 1 you will cover modules from ‘What is Energy?’ The Chakra System, what is Reiki and the History of Reiki. As well as preparing to Use Reiki, clearing, meditation & grounding.
Level 2 will cover various topics from Reiki symbols and their mantras and kotodamas to offering remote healing, space cleansing and how to run a professional Reiki practice.
