Inspired learning
Level up your practice
Now in its 3rd year, Yogarise is delighted to welcome back Senior Yoga Teacher, Psychotherapist and Trainee Supervisor, Nicolette Wilson-Clarke, to offer her deeply important 4-day trauma training. Over two weekends, you will learn how somatic practices such as yoga postures, breathwork and self-regulation tools can help you create sensitive, supportive environments – both for your own wellbeing and for the people you work with.
Who is this for?
This somatics and yoga training is open to anyone who wishes to better understand trauma and develop practical, body-based tools for support and regulation. It is designed for those who are living with trauma themselves, as well as for practitioners, carers and professionals who support others.
It is also invaluable for those wishing to deepen their personal practice and build confidence in navigating their own relationship with trauma.
All participants have the unique opportunity to apply for the role of assistant on the following year’s training under the guidance of Nicolette. Details will be shared on the final day of the course.
