With the Hunter’s moon ahead, we step further into Autumn. This time is often related to preparation for the cold months ahead; we shall also take a moment to prepare ourselves. With sound as our tool, together we enjoy a moment of deep rest and clarity. A nourishing journey celebrating gratitude and aiding transition in the coming months. Join us in this community moment and as always, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
Sound is proven to be more effective when our eyes are covered. Craig’s handmade silken eye covers will be available at the reception; or feel free to bring your own shawl, scarf, or eye mask. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in. Latecomers are not admitted, so as not to disrupt the session.

welcoming spaces for all to relax in. You will be guided to a restful, meditative state using a variety of sounds. Stimulating frequencies create parasympathetic reactions that allow us to clear blockages whether emotional, mental, or physical. Work with such sound tools can be detoxing, balancing, de-stressing and uplifting.
