Becca Raeburn has loved yoga for the past 10 years, consistently finding it to be a beautiful cornerstone of mind-body balance. In 2023, she was inspired to train as a teacher with Yogarise in order to share her love of the practice with others. She strives to create a welcoming and compassionate space in her classes by designing sequences that work for students of all levels and abilities. Her love of music and dance as a form of meditation tends to influence her teaching – you can expect lots of fluid and expressive movements and transitions set to a curated beat. In her dynamic flow class you’ll work to slowly and intentionally build heat, with plenty of options to challenge yourself or to modify. And always, and as an absolute given, there’ll be the opportunity to express yourself in your entirety – however that looks for you!

Eleanor Hann is a South East London Native who trained as a teacher with Yogarise. Yoga has been a foundation throughout Eleanor’s life. Starting with formal dance training, she now works creatively as a Director and Choreographer. Yoga has been key in building a healthy and loving relationship with her mind, body and spirit, and she carries this into her classes to help others heal and grow. Eleanor’s yoga flows are influenced by her dance background. Prepare to get lost in her classes, connect to your body through Asana and breathe with curated playlists to let go and be present. Eleanor leans into her Nicherin Buddhism for inspiration.
