Meet Rishin! ❤️ A familiar face in our Peckham stu Meet Rishin! ❤️ A familiar face in our Peckham studio - and a beloved trainer on both our 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings - we are excited to announce that the brilliant Rishin Paonaskar will be leading our next Retreat in Andalusia, Spain! 🙌 Rishin grew up in India but found his path to yoga later, swapping his career in banking for a life on the mat after an injury. His methodical teaching style and calming voice will guide you through his (somewhat deceptively challenging!) Vinyasa sessions, while his Flow + Restore classes ensure you get the perfect balance of sweat, strength, and nervous system reset. Expect precise cues, deep knowledge, and good humour.
