Dynamic Flow + Restore

Enjoy the upbeat flowing movement of a breath-paced vinyasa sequence as well as all the calming, nervous-system down-regulating effects of a restorative yoga class in these fantastic sessions.

This is a perfect new class style for anyone looking to find the balance between a strong, physically active class and an opportunity to unwind, release, and let it all go. It’s basically a two-for-one.

Where and when?

Shimon Sakakibara – Saturdays, 4-5:15pm | Yogarise Peckham

David Ramcharran – Sundays, 11:45-1pm | Yogarise Peckham

Suitable for all abilities, though some yoga experience is recommended.

Strength + Flow

A dynamic full-body class combining strength training with fluid movement. Enjoy bodyweight exercises as well as ones making use of studio props such as bands and dumbbells. The class develops strength, mobility, coordination, and control through intelligently sequenced exercises that engage body and mind.

This is a great new class style for anyone looking for a physical challenge, but is bored of just ‘repping it out’. Keep things flowing whilst you dig in and feel the burn. Perfect for anyone who wants that balance between yoga and pilates.

Where and when?

Nazanin Soleimani – Thursdays, 12:30-1:15pm | Yogarise Queen’s Park

Somatic Yin

Somatic Yin is a slow, floor-based yoga practice designed to gently stimulate the body’s fascial network while supporting nervous system regulation. Blending traditional yin postures with subtle somatic movement, this class works beyond muscles – targeting connective tissue, acupressure points, and meridian lines to encourage balanced energy flow and deep release.

This is the perfect session for anyone looking to slow down at the end of a week and reset for the weekend.

Where and when?

Louise Brown – Fridays, 4-5pm | Yogarise Peckham

Suitable for all levels. No prior experience with yin or somatic practices is needed.

Mat Barre

Mat Barre is an energising Ballet-inspired class designed to increase strength and flexibility. The session includes elements of Yoga, Pilates, strength training and stretching. It often makes use of props like balls, small weights and bands to target feet, ankles, calves, quads, glutes, and core.

This is perfect for anyone who wants to work on strength training at the same time as tuning into their sense of creativity and self-expression through dance-inspired movements.

Where and when?

Vanessa Abreu – Wednesdays, 1:45-2:30pm | Yogarise Peckham

This class is open to everyone, no experience is necessary.

4-Beat

4-Beat is a dynamic vinyasa flow style born out of the Rocket Yoga system. The class is designed to challenge the body while quieting the mind. While much of the sequencing and postures will be familiar, the difference is that in 4-Beat you breathe in time with the music.  Move through yoga postures, aligning breath and movement to the slow, regular rhythm of the beat.

This is a fantastic style for anyone seeking a powerful movement style that gets you to lock in and flow.

Where and when?

Fiona Callanan – Wednesdays, 6:45-7:45pm | Yogarise Peckham

Nino Russo – Fridays, 5:30-6:45 | Yogarise Peckham

Some yoga experience recommended.

Arm Balances + Inversions

Get to grips with going upside-down and balancing on your hands. With carefully curated drills pulled from multiple disciplines, enjoy a workshop-style class focusing on yoga inversions (such as handstand and headstand), arm balances and the trickier transitions you might find in your practice.

If you like Rocket or Mandala Vinyasa but find there’s not enough time to explore inversions in class, this is a great session to hone in on this portion of your practice.

Want to feel strong and well-balanced? Ready to explore getting upside down? This class is for you.

Where and when?

Jasmine Trebilcock – Sundays, 2:30-3:45pm | Yogarise Peckham

Suitable for those with a strong yoga or similar movement practice.
