This year, we are excited to have our very own space on the iconic Bussey Building’s Roof D. Just come up the Yellow Stairs to the 3rd floor, turn right and roll out your mat. Want to get changed, use the lockers or hire a mat? Just stop by our studio on the first floor before heading on up to be checked in by your fabulous teacher. Classes are running all summer from June through to the end of August. Link in bio to book your mat. Now, weather. Wake up your Saturday and join Sam Harman @samyogabliss + Priya Woods ahead of the Hackney Half for a 5k shake-out around Peckham Rye, followed by a targeted yoga practice for runners on the green at Peckham Bowls. This event is open to all, whether you’re running the Hackney Half the next day, or just wanna stretch your legs out. You can choose to race along in Sam’s group at 5.5mins/km or enjoy a more moderate pace with Priya at 6mins/km. This is a donation based charity event with all proceeds going towards the Alzheimer’s Society @alzheimerssoc and The People’s Recovery Project @thepeoplesrecoveryproject.
