From dynamic movement to meditative stillness, we’ve got workshops across our Peckham, Streatham, and Queen’s Park studios to help you celebrate the season — including something very special for the Summer Solstice. Marking the start of Summer in SE London, Rooftop Yoga and Yoga in the Park are back! Erin Prichard is leading sessions at Peckham Bowls on Saturday mornings, whilst the rooftop will be taken over by a rolling crowd of Yogarise favourites.

Ashtanga Vinyasa – Full Primary Series: 2hr Masterclass

Saturday 6th June | 1:30pm – 3:30pm | Yogarise Queen’s Park

Experience the full power of Ashtanga’s Primary Series in this two-hour deep dive. Working through the complete sequence, you’ll explore the three pillars of Tristhana – breath, bandhas, and drishti – weaving together a practice that is as meditative as it is physical. Led by Leela Miller, who has been teaching and practising Ashtanga for over 30 years, this is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself fully in one of yoga’s most transformative traditions.

Suitable for all abilities, though some prior experience of Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga is recommended.

Group Sound Meditation: Summer Sounds

It doesn’t get much better than this – as the summer season reaches its peak, join Craig Rogerson for this June workshop as he guides you into deep rest through layers of singing bowls, gongs, handpan, and other resonant instruments. Let the vibrations quiet your mind and carry you somewhere spacious. All you need to do is arrive, settle in, and let go.

Foundations + Flow

Ever felt lost in a fast-paced class, wishing you had more time to actually understand what’s going on? This June yoga workshop is your answer. Jill slows everything right down – breaking apart the fundamental poses and sequences that form the backbone of most yoga classes, exploring alignment and anatomy, and giving you the space to ask all the questions you’ve been meditating on. Whether you’re newer to yoga or have been practising for years but never quite cracked certain basics, this is a chance to build real confidence on your mat.

108 Sun Salutations for the Summer Solstice

Mark the longest day of the year with movement, community, and intention in this June yoga workshop. Louise leads this powerful Tapasic practice of 108 Sun Salutations with a live DJ set from Neil Raitt keeping the rhythm and energy lively throughout. Start with opportunities to journal and set intention before moving through breath-led salutations with plenty of opportunities for modification, and close with gentle restorative postures and a long savasana.

Pilates Into Rest

Saturday 23rd May | 1:30pm – 3:00pm | Yogarise Peckham

A Saturday afternoon purely for you. Lottie leads an hour of dynamic, feel-good Pilates: the kind that wakes you up and puts a smile on your face. Cool off from this great workout with Emily as she guides you through 30 minutes of deep stretching and relaxation. Then comes the best bit: homemade bakes and soft drinks and a proper chance to connect. Expect to walk home feeling lighter, warmer, and fully nourished.

All levels welcome, whether you’re coming solo or bringing a friend.
