Over two hours, get to know Becky Farbsteins teaching style, enjoy a vinyasa practice plus an introduction to some of the modules you’ll be studying on the training including philosophy, meditation, and a trip to the ‘asana lab’ where you’ll be breaking down key postures and transitions.

Slow down and mark the transition towards Autumn with this wonderful three-part workshop. Open with a gentle vinyasa – ease into the body and find space through breathwork and myofascial release. The practice will gradually slow into yin, settling deep into long-held postures. Close with Yoga Nidra; a guided descent into relaxation that restores and renews from within.
