WORKSHOP 1: Headstand Saturday 10th January 2.30-4.30pm: The actions and key drills that you need in order to be able to safely practice the two most widely used headstands in the Yoga practice (Sirsasana I and Sirsasana II), variations of these, how to execute common transitions in and out of them, and how to fall out safely.

WORKSHOP 2: Forearm Stand Saturday 17th January 2.30-4.30pm: The actions and key drills that you need in order to be able to practice forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana), common variations of this pose, and how to fall out of it safely.

WORKSHOP 3: Handstand Saturday 24th January 2.30-4.30pm: How to find your way into a straight line handstand, how to understand your body better so that you know what you need to work on when training your straightline handstand, and how to fall out of a handstand safely.

WORKSHOP 4: Handstand Variations Saturday 31st January 2.30-4.30pm: Review of the foundations and key points covered in workshop 3, and then we’ll cover variations of a handstand; tuck, straddle, scorpion; entrances and exits, celebration!
