The Sound of Spring: A Sound Bath & Gong Meditation with Craig
Embrace the season of renewal. Join Craig for a restorative 90 – minute Sound Bath in London, designed to help you tap into your inner strength and welcome the transformative power of spring.
As nature shifts and the days grow longer, this is your invitation to pause, lie down, and be held by sound. Through a layering of tones from singing bowls, gongs, handpan, and other resonant sonic tools, you will be guided into a spacious, meditative state to quiet the mind and invite the body into deep rest.
What to expect from this Sound Bath:
-
A Deep Nervous System Reset: Vibrational frequencies work subtly but powerfully to help clear mental, emotional, or physical blockages.
-
Gong & Sonic Meditation: Use the power of sound to trigger parasympathetic reactions – essentially “switching off” the stress response and inviting deep relaxation.
-
Full Support: Comfortable mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided at our studio to ensure you can fully drift away.
-
Enhanced Relaxation: Eye covering is recommended to help the nervous system drop more fully into stillness. Craig’s handmade silken eye covers will be available to purchase on arrival.
Who is this for? This Gong Meditation is a safe and welcoming space for anyone looking to de – stress and find balance. NB: If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker fitted, please contact Craig via the studio prior to booking.
