Yogasana is an exploration of the eight limbs of Yoga, creating an embodied and wise understanding of the whole practice. Beginning with a grounding of both the body and mind through the breath, we then build into the philosophy that underpin our movement and is the intention for cultivating awareness during the practice of Asana. Culminating in an understanding of the science and spiritual practice of Pranayama and meditation to help the practitioner feel empowered to return to their body, breath and mind as a space of refuge and home.
