Pause, replenish, and gather your energy. Join IPHM-certified Sound Therapy Practitioner Craig Rogerson at Yogarise Queen’s Park for a restorative 2 – hour “Deep Stillness” sound meditation and gong bath.

As the natural world slows down ahead of winter, November offers a quiet reminder of the power of rest. This community sound bath creates a peaceful sanctuary to slow your pace, gather internal energy, and prepare mind and body for the colder months ahead. Using resonant singing bowls, gongs, handpan, and therapeutic instruments, Craig guides you into deep parasympathetic relaxation to clear physical, mental, and emotional blockages.

What to expect:

  • Multi-Instrument Immersion: Experience therapeutic layers of singing bowls, gongs, handpan, and specialist sound tools designed to induce deep meditation.

  • Nervous System Restoration: Calming sonic frequencies stimulate parasympathetic relaxation, helping release stored tension and fatigue.

  • Seasonal Preparation: Align with the natural rhythm of late autumn to rest, reset, and cultivate inner stillness before winter arrives.

  • Props Provided: Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are supplied. Craig’s handmade silken eye covers will be available at reception, or you may bring your own scarf or eye mask.

Important session notes:

  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in. Latecomers cannot be admitted to prevent disruption to the meditation.

  • Health Precautions: If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker fitted, please contact the studio prior to booking.
