Earth Mandala Vinyasa Workshop with Annie Nicoll

Find your centre and move with the elements. Join Annie Nicoll for a transformative 2-hour Earth Mandala Vinyasa workshop at Yogarise Peckham.

Mandala Vinyasa is a dynamic, 360-degree practice that moves in circular patterns around the mat. Synced with the rhythm of the breath and the elements of the Mayan calendar, this Earth Element session focuses on grounding, stability, and deep opening through the hamstrings.

What to expect:

  • 360° Mandala Flow: Experience a seamless, rhythmic sequence that challenges your perspective and moves you entirely around your mat.

  • Space to Play: Throughout the flow, there will be opportunities to explore and play with inversions – such as Headstand, Pincha (Forearm Stand), and Handstand. Annie will offer strength-building drills and technique for those looking to take flight.

  • Fluidity & Control: Drawing on her professional dance background and Pilates expertise, Annie’s teaching focuses on a deep sense of flow that builds both inner strength and physical grace.

  • Deep Nourishment: We close the journey with indulgent Yin yoga to ground the nervous system, ending in a long, restorative Savasana.

Who is this for? Annie’s inclusive approach ensures all students feel empowered. While all abilities are welcome, we recommend some prior Vinyasa experience to navigate the 360-degree transitions with confidence.
