Ground, unwind, and rest deeply. Join Lydia Baker at Yogarise Peckham for a slow, restorative 2-hour masterclass combining seasonal Vinyasa flow, supportive Restorative shapes, and Yoga Nidra.

Beginning with a grounding meditation with elements of Nidra woven throughout, you will be guided through a slow yet subtly strong physical flow encompassing the Chinese meridians of the season. The practice winds down with deeply supportive restorative yoga poses and concludes with a full Yoga Nidra practice, leaving you feeling restored and peacefully present.

What to expect:

  • Grounding Meditation: Begin with a calming arrival practice that introduces elements of Yoga Nidra.

  • Meridian-Focused Flow: Move through a slow, steady, and subtly strong Vinyasa flow designed around the seasonal Chinese meridians.

  • Restorative Yoga: Settle into fully supported postures to release tension from the physical body.

  • Yoga Nidra: End with a deep, guided yogic sleep practice to reset the nervous system.

Who is this for? This masterclass is suitable for all ages and all levels of experience. Lydia’s approach is trauma-informed and pregnancy-friendly. If you have any injuries or physical conditions, please inform the teacher beforehand so appropriate modifications can be made.
