  • Mastering Transitions: Break down tricky movements, such as the high – to – low plank (chaturanga), with step – by – step guidance.

  • Personalised Modifications: Learn how to adapt and modify poses around injuries or physical limitations to build a sustainable practice.

  • Confidence Building: Develop the tools and breathing techniques you need to transition into more dynamic classes with ease.

Following a 20 – year corporate career, Jill understands the impact of modern stress on our physical and emotional health. Now a seasoned Workshop Facilitator and Yoga Teacher Trainer, Jill’s work spans coaching, emotional healing, and Life Alignment.

Her teaching style integrates power vinyasa with functional stretching and strength – building moves. Jill’s classes are empowering and insightful, often weaving in lessons on how the body works, modern spirituality, and emotional freedom to leave students feeling lighter and more grounded.
