Guided by the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, handpan, and soothing acoustic instruments, this immersive sound bath lowers stress, calms the nervous system, and induces deep relaxation.

Important Session Notes & Guidelines

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts to check in. To preserve the calm atmosphere, strictly no late arrivals or late admissions are permitted once the session begins.

  • Health & Safety (Medical Notice): If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker fitted, please contact the studio team prior to booking to confirm suitability.

  • What to Bring / Comfort Items:

    • Sound therapy is most effective when your eyes are covered. Handmade silken eye covers by Craig will be available to purchase at reception. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own eye mask, scarf, or shawl.

    • Yoga mats, bolsters, and cozy blankets are fully provided at the studio.

Craig is an IPHM certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and musician. Through his practice, ‘Soundworks’, he creates rhythmic, safe environments for deep relaxation. Using a variety of instruments and sound tools, Craig’s Group Sound Meditations are designed to be detoxing, balancing, and uplifting, helping students leave the studio feeling truly restored.
