Let It Be: A Yin Yoga Workshop with Austin Ince
Softness is strength. Acceptance creates flow. Join senior yoga teacher Austin Ince for “Let It Be” – a 2 – hour contemplative Yin Yoga workshop at Yogarise Queen’s Park.
In this slow, meditative practice, we explore the quiet power of “allowing.” Before we can truly let go, we must first learn to see and accept what is. This workshop is an invitation to witness what arises in the body and mind without the urge to change or correct it, creating a gateway to deep, natural transformation.
