Rocket Yoga & Live Music Masterclass with Hannah Whittingham

Move, breathe, and find your flow state. Join Hannah Whittingham at Yogarise Peckham for an upgraded Saturday Rocket experience featuring live percussion.

In this unique 90 – minute masterclass, we move in time to a steady beat provided by live drums and handpans. Moving together in rhythmic unison is scientifically shown to reduce perceived effort, boost the release of “feel-good” hormones, and encourage a deep flow state. The addition of a predictable, steady breathing pattern further helps to regulate the nervous system.

What to expect:

  • 90 Minutes of Dynamic Rocket: A structured, adaptable sequence that builds strength and flexibility.

  • Live Percussion: Experience the uplifting energy of live drums and handpans synced perfectly to the pace of the practice.

  • The Power of Rhythm: Use the steady beat to anchor your breath and find a sense of collective stillness within movement.

  • Expert Adjustments: Benefit from Hannah’s deep expertise in the Rocket and Mandala methods.

Who is this for? Whether you are a regular Rocketeer or newer to the sequence, you are welcome! Rocket is an adaptable practice that can cater to most levels. Note: This session is not suitable for complete beginners.
