Relieve pain, restore mobility, and awaken the spine. Join experienced Scaravelli-inspired teacher Lara Stapleton at Yogarise Queen’s Park for a nurturing 2.5 – hour workshop focused on healing back pain and supporting long-term spinal health.
Inspired by Vanda Scaravelli’s revolutionary approach to yoga, “Spinal Alchemy” uses gravity, breath, and mindful listening as guides for safe, restorative movement. Through subtle spinal undulations, grounding awareness, and intuitive exploration, you will learn gentle, intelligent movements to release chronic holding patterns, strengthen the core, and cultivate lasting resilience.
